Be more verbose between step 1 and 2 since the salt-master can take some time to start. Also there is no word on how much time to wait between step 2 and 3.

Inform that step 2 might take several minutes so the user doesn't close the terminal before it finishes (there is no output for quite some time, no information about what is being done),
