Code for the manuscript "Integrated Analysis of CircRNA Regulation with ADARB2 Enrichment in Inhibitory Neurons"

This repository contains code for the analysis of circRNA genesis and its relationship with ADARs in the RNA Atlas dataset and single-cell datasets.
