User Story: Feedback and Suggestions

Story: As a logged-in user, I want to give users the ability to provide feedback and suggestions so that we can continue to improve our website.

Estimated Size: md (DS), md (DB), md (CC), md (TG)

Acceptance Criteria:

• A "Feedback & Suggestions" form is located on the "Contact" page
• The form includes a text box entry with a submit button
• All submitted content from the form will be emailed to the admin email
• Only logged-in users can submit a form
• Users not logged into their account upon clicking the "submit" button, will be prompted to log in or to create a new account
• Upon successfully submitting the form, a notification displays stating that the form was submitted and a thank you to the user
