Bootstrap 3 and Line Control Insert (Image, Link, Table)

Bootstrap 3 hides the Line-Control Editor's Insert popups for InsertLink, InsertImage, and InsertTable.

If I put "display: block" on the div with id="InsertTable" or Link/Iamge, I am then able to view the popup and insert the files. The popup is unstyled with a transparent background.
