Watch command option to watch for another sources #6

Actually the watcher only watch for changes in the sources assets and templates, this is good for simple templating issues.

But for ReSTructured pages, it does not watch for their RST sources changes. It will be nice to have an option for this.

For RST we will need to have an explicit settings about to find rst document to watch.

Before rst watching, more important option would be to watch about stuff from DIRS_TO_SYNC settings (actually named FILES_TO_SYNC #20).
