'static' is a word with lots of different meanings. Maybe something like adapter-jamstack instead? Or is that unlikely to stand the test of time?

I'm not married to static but I don't see anything especially wrong with it. Calling it jamstack strikes me as gimmicky and buzzwordy and SEO-thirsty.
