Might I suggest that we also think about a way to version the docs so that you can switch between versions?

This could be as simple as building docs by pulling in markdown files from git tags or similar.

Some general thoughts on docs versioning can be found here: https://v2.docusaurus.io/docs/versioning/. I tend to think it wouldn't be worth prioritizing given how many other things we have to work on.
