maybe there is a way that if we come to infinite loop by mistake , the svelte compiler recognize it , and stop the process.

There sveltejs/svelte-repl#40 for thinking about how we might want to handle this in the REPL, but in general this is something that it's not really in Svelte's purview to solve.

(I am interested, though, what you're doing and what browser you're using that's making need to reboot the computer instead of just closing the stuck tab in the browser!)
