Travis doesn't build rails-i18n

I don't know why, documentation says that even travis.yml is invalid, it defaults to Ruby. So maybe something regarding administration rights?

Now that rails-i18n runs on multiple rubies, it would be great to have Travis integration.

I don't know well about the Travis integration. Can I do that even if I am not the owner of this repository?

Sven has added the Travis hook, we just need a commit to test it :)
