For eksempel i "+Rigmands-datter i 'Vild med dans':" som første del af en overskrift.

Det kommer fra Ekstra Bladet, som har et "+" i starten af deres overskrifter for abonnentmentsartikler. Jeg prøvede at indsætte kode til at fjerne "+" i starten, men det virkede vist ikke.
