the final 2 ions in the set meaningfully influence calculated LJP, but how much does the order of all the previous ions influence LJP? Write a program to solve LJP using every permutation of ion set orders and plot the result as a histogram using ScottPlot http://swharden.com/scottplot/cookbooks/4.0.25/readme.md.html#advanced-statistics---histogram
