Issue Description:

print(MemoryLayout<Int.Type>.size)
print(MemoryLayout<Int.Type>.stride)
print(MemoryLayout<Int.Type>.alignment)
let a = [Int.self]
print(MemoryLayout.stride(ofValue: a[0]))
a.withUnsafeBufferPointer {
  print(MemoryLayout.stride(ofValue: $0.baseAddress!.pointee))
  print(UnsafeRawPointer($0.baseAddress! + 1) - UnsafeRawPointer($0.baseAddress!))
}

Prints:

0
1
1
1
1
8

Is the last line expected? In my day, an unsafepointer would step by the stride of its Pointee type.
