Issue Description:

The output of the following code

class C {
  deinit {
    print("object dies")
  }
}

withExtendedLifetime(ObjectIdentifier(C())) {
  print("object identifier lives")
}

is

object dies
object identifier lives

ObjectIdentifier needs documentation that it doesn't retain the identified object.
