Get 'Additional Object' Objectives to Spawn with states the same way the ones from the Objective Token Bag do.

AND, ideally, spawn the 'Additional Object' Objectives in the appropriate State.

Note; marking this as a bug as we used to spawn the correct objects but refactor to object bags borked them.
