Cut and delete very slow

Solved it is permission things

update I found it also not work for delete, when I try to exit it said one task still running, why so slow? just 20 files less and 200k size less
yank --cut command.

In this folder when I use cut on build.bk and dist folder then paste them to the parent folder, it is not cut but just copy.
Other files works fine as cut.
These folders not big just 200k size below.
So why this happens?
