How Do You Add A Folder?

I was able to add a device to sync with but how do you add a folder to sync? I don't see any Yellow + button to add any folders but I do see a Yellow + button to add a device.

Syncthing Lite does not sync, it only downloads files on demand. Use Syncthing for syncing.

Folders appear when they are shared with your phone.
