These are changes that have to do with updating the the urbansim webservice for the new urbansim. There are no longer any templates, no compiling, and no execution of compiled files. Rather there is a models.py file and every function is executable from the website. This is subject to change but I think it's best to update the master with these changes for now to that the website can be used with the up-to-date urbansim.
