Ipxact to SysRDL.

It seems like the native RDL compiler converts Ipxact to RDL first before doing anything else. Is there a switch to dump out the intermediate RDL file ?

I have just implemented this feature in the PeakRDL command line tool. See: https://peakrdl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/gallery.html#convert-other-formats-to-systemrdl

Command-line:

peakrdl systemrdl input.xml -o output.rdl
