Now only R8P is supported, add more kinds.

Parametrized qreal%magnitude and symbol%factor_ kind: the entry point is now

use penf, RKP => R_P

changing R_P with any of R16P, R8P, R4P allow to easy change real kind, at least until GNU gfortran will support Parametrized Derived Type.
