Spaces in username breaks links

Hey,

Great plugin. When I had a user, say for example "test user" use forget password, the email link doesn't include a "%20" where the space should be in the link.

The sample link would be <http://testsite.com/new_wp/?action=rpQWAadSstAn6mlAzRec0z&login=Test User> rather than http://testsite.com/new_wp/?action=rpQWAadSstAn6mlAzRec0z&login=Test%20User
