This PR adds a new
shadow-smutility that adds a very subtle shadow. Steve Schoger and I found ourselves needing this shadow quite often while designing the components/templates we're working on for Tailwind UI so I'm adding it to core.It's very subtle but adds a bit of depth to the design without the shadow being super in-your-face:
This introduces some slight weirdness since now we have
shadow-sm,shadow, andshadow-md, and it's somewhat non-obvious whatshadowsits betweensmandmd, but we are going to be doing the same thing when adding a newrounded-mdutility soon so there will be consistency there and folks will learn how it works quickly.
