Properly detect theme() value usage in arbitrary properties #6854

This PR will ensure that we can properly detect the theme() when using arbitrary properties.
We could already detect this:

<div class="[--x:theme(]"></div>

But we didn't properly detect this (notice the quotes):

<div class="[--x:theme('')]"></div>
