Add config for setting ws port

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Using complicated nginx proxy setups with docker for local development, the port has to be manually added to the ports list to be able to access it. Currently I cannot set the ws port, which makes it impossible to support live reload.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to set a property in the ladle config file which can set the port for the websocket for live reload.

Adding vite.config.js with server.hmr.port should do the trick?
