returns
Serral is unranked (null Elo), with null games (null-null | null%) [last played NaN min ago]

whereas we expect something like:
Serral is unranked, with 0 games
or
Serral is unranked in Ranked 1v1, with 0 games (QM 1v1 for the other leadboard)
