When one opens klustaviewa in the Spike sorting pipeline to look at the clustering, using the following command: klustaviewa 'Path to kwik-file'
It does open klustaviewa and it shows all units. However, the preview of the waveforms remains flat and one can not see any spikes. At first sight, it seems like a zooming issue, however zooming in and out does not change anything.
The same issue occurs, when one opens klustaviewa in the terminal directly, but only when one tries to open a kwik-file that is located somewhere else than in the current working directory.
Solution to the problem:
In order to properly open the kwik-file with klustaviewa, one has to set the working directory to the exact same subfolder where the kwik-file is located.
