Where's the row-types-lens library?

Thanks for pointing this out! I had done some work on the lenses for row-types, but I ended up waiting to publish any of it because I wanted to see what happened with generic-lens's labels. Well, generic-lens has label support now (and it has for 6 months!), so it's about time for me to get the row-types lenses out.

My plan is to use the same infrastructure as generic-lens labels so that they will inter-operate seamlessly. Also, I'll probably just make generic-lens a dependency of row-types and add the relevant instances into the modules I already have. I'll try to get this done soon.

@Pitometsu Thanks for the tip! Yes, I updated most of that file, but I seem to have missed that line. I'll include it in my next PR.
