YUI Library Implementation is broken in Google Chrome #40

When I run the YUILibrary version in Google Chrome I get the error:

yui-3.4.0.min.js:8 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ,

This is actually a problem with multiple different implementations using the 'todo' localstorage location and their formats not agreeing.

I have a pull request I'll be putting in that ensures all the different apps are using different names for localstorage. Since they are all on the same domain they share localStorage.
