On Release a GPU cache is created empty when upper layout has a translation #50

[layout translated ex Y:-700 [some control with GPU cache] ]

If such a cache is created when parent layout has translation, it is created with an empty bitmap.
No bug Debug, and no bug on Release if its not GPU but a non-acelerated Image.

Was observed on Android (need to check more platforms).
