We should really create a wiki page with a simple example of each operator 
as we implement it.

It would be great if the wiki pages could be automatically generated through 
<example> tags in the XML doc summaries of each operator. That way, there is 
one 
place to maintain the stuff.

I think it would be good to include the documentation that's in the code, but 
I'd 
like room for more than that. XML documentation is okay for a quick reference, 
but I 
don't think it's a good place to discuss motivation, applications etc. In 
particular 
the docs in the code files would quickly overwhelm the actual code - and you're 
limited in presentation format as well.

Last time I tried to install Sandcastle I failed dismally, but we could 
certainly 
give it another go.

I tried.. List.ForEach(m=>m.Name = "New Name") but not working :(
Is there any help or working example?
