[refactor] : create a blueprint for the wordcloud route and register to the app

do the following things to accomplish the task

• create a file wordcloud.py inside api.cybode.com/routes/news/ directory
• find the route for wordcloud in app.py and copy that to wordcloud.py
• create a blueprint for this route and register it inside app.py file
