Currently, you just run around and hide from the virus.
Either add more possibilities to hide (for example in the water) and to clean one self etc. go to the hospital or think of a different game mode.

Keep the game simple, so players understand what they are supposed to do from the start!

Maybe allow upgrading your house, buy some watching dog or allow calling the police.

I still like the idea of horrible persons who infect others.
