Matierial and methods

Quality controls were performed with FastQC [1]. Possible contaminations were assessed with FastqScreen [2] Quality repord produced during both trimming and mapping steps have been aggregated with MultiQC [3]. The whole pipeline was powered by Snakemake [4].
