I think its not downloading media.

TDLib uses nothing that can broke with Android version update. What exactly doesn't work for you?

File not saving actually can u tell where is the code of Saving files so i can modify the This is the function FileDownload

Check that you specified a writable directory as filesDirectory in setTdlibParameters.

Then enable TDLib logs with verbosity level 2 and check Android logs for warnings from TDLib.
