Paging is now foreseen on LDResources

Will it also be foreseen on published sparql-resources?

Not sure why this in the formatters package. But as for the SPARQL resource, afaik this is just a strategy that executes a SPARQL query? In that case I think it should suffice to replace the select/construct part with a count() clause.
