Return an error when a malformed json is given.

Currently you can pass along a json that returns null (e.g. you've missed an ending or starting double quote, without the tdt/input telling you so.) A check needs to be done whether some json_decodes, who are supposed to return something aren't null, and an exception should then be thrown.
