Return an error when job is null #50

Problem

When a job is asked to the scheduler, but not found, it should return an error when the job is null.

Solution

Provide an appropriate error in the InputResourceController.

Shouldn't be the case anymore using our new model abstraction, if this occurs it is due to fiddling in the database or due to a database crash.
