anonymization got stuck at preparing

hi, I was trying to update my anonymized repo but found it stuck at the preparing status. I then found two large text files inside (around 20MB), removed them, and tried to update the repo but it didn't work. I could not change to a new repo assigned with a different link, even though that works well. Any suggestion to solve this issue, thanks!
