I am wondering if there is any documentation on how to map BIOM format (OTU tables) to Darwin Core?
I have seen some example like BIOWIDE eDNA Fungi dataset which has OTU's information, so there should be some degree of mapping between information from BIOM formatted OTU tables to Darwin Core right?
Thanks so much!

I think we can fold this concern into the work of the Task Group noted there.
BIOM format isn't a metadata standard, so it wouldn't be the thing to map to DwC. It has a metadata "slot" where people can add their metadata in an unconstrained way.
I recommend that the TG's MIxS-DwC mapping provides the basis for the recommendation on what to add to that slot.
