I expect

No swagger 2 files are used to build services

Instead

python-flask still uses an old version of swagger-codegen not supporting python

java -jar ./modules/swagger-codegen-cli/target/swagger-codegen-cli.jar generate -l python-flask -i https://raw.githubusercontent.com/teamdigitale/api-starter-kit/master/openapi/simple.yaml.src
