A seek time and Do Seek functionality would make AudioEngine more useful for stuff like restarting the nice christmas tune in the example file. see VSTSynth.v4p in girlpower and try to restart the song.

ah, I see there is a restart pin on MidiFilePlayer not sure if seek time/bar and DoSeek it possible with midi though. so maybe I am wishing for stuff that is not possible

no you are right, transport functionality like any DAW has is well possible. next version should have it.
