Full-refresh doesn't drop table

• Oracle DBT version: 0.4.3
• Python version: 3.7.3
• Operating System: Linux

I have a table materialization that works file, but if I do 'dbt run --full-refresh, I get an error from Oracle saying "name is already used by an existing object."

Any idea if full-refresh should be working?

I have the exact same issue with the same version and environment.
