Short term shield doubling effect. Or, maybe just +100 shields that are visible.

Could make the shields visible and twice as large and slowly come down in size for duration. Also we should show current power ups and duration remaining on the HUD

Actually, shields and specials etc are all accounted for in the HUD design ;)
