The next version of ido-ubiquitous must be explicitly enabled, like any other minor mode. This commit adds some code to do that.

By the way, the code is structured to work with both the old and new versions of ido-ubiquitous. You could instead opt to delete the code that handles the old version and just depend on the latest version. |
