These instructions work for the popular operating systems.
- Download XAMPP from here
- Download the Bitnami WordPress module from here
- Install XAMPP
- Install the WordPress module into XAMPP
- Goto your browser and enter
localhost/wordpress/ - Download release zip folder
- Log into Admin panel from
localhost/wordpress/wp-admin - Upload theme zip from
Dashboard > Appearances > Themes > Add Theme
