tcexam backup problem

Hello,
I have a problem with backup function in Tcexam!
Each time I click on Backup button .The site hangs, enters the refreshing mode and can't load.
I always need to restart the WampServer to solve this problem.

I have this error in access.log
"GET /tcexam/admin/code/tce_edit_backup.php HTTP/1.1" 401 401

there is a warning:works only on POSIX systems with MySQL or PostgreSQL.so if you use Tcexam without POSIX,it didon't work!
well,you will ask me:why you see this warning.
because i created a folder "..cache\backup".
this folder casued The site hangs！

The backup function only works on POSIX systems like Linux.
Be also sure that you are using the forward slash on file paths intead of the backslash that is often used in Windows systems.
