First of all I want to say I love your CopyCraft Plugin. It's one of the most useful tools I have in my WooCommerce arsenal...!
However, I am seeing an issue when clicking the CopyCraft button, in that some product descriptions are successfully received back from OpenAI and others are not. My first thought was that it may be an OpenAI server issue. So, I tested 20 products to check. There were 16 that would not import and 4 that would, consistently. No matter how many times I tried, the pattern was identical, so I cannot put it down to server issues. I checked for patterns and it would appear that all the failures had multiple attributes, usually over 10, but the successful ones only had 4, 5 or 6. This is the only pattern I could find. I did remove some attributes on 1 product, to get the number down to 6, but this did not resolve the issue and this product still failed.
I did briefly think that it may be to do with the description length, but I tested that by removing all text but 1 short sentence, but this made no difference.
I'm only guessing, but is there a timeout in the script that could be affecting my results?
I am now at a loss as to any reasons. It would be fantastic if this could be resolved because I love this plugin. I will continue to use it, and I will find some form of workaround for now.
