Feature request

Support announcements about releases and other Tekton news.
We could use the blog feature of the docsy template.

Use case

Have a blog post for each release with highlight of main features.
Have a blog post about interesting news, like we launched the HUB, we started a new project 'chains' and similar.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale with a justification.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
