Describe the bug
If I use custom template for cell in DataGrid the keyboard navigation is slow

To Reproduce
Open https://stackblitz.com/edit/bja1oh?file=src%2Fmain.vue keep right arrow key press

Expected behavior
Scroll to the right

Additional context

With custom template I got slow performace ad lag. Without normal behaviour.
