[Bug][TileLayout] Hint is misplaced when height of the tile is changed

Describe the bug
Currently when dragging a tile the hint is misplaced. Also the tile becomes transparent, this behaviour is not observed in KendoReact

To Reproduce

1. Open this example and drag some of tiles: https://stackblitz.com/edit/n6ge9o-yrzax6?file=src%2Fmain.vue
2. Observe how the hint is misplaced and the tile becomes transparent

Expected behavior
When dragging the hint should not be misplaced when the height is adjusted and the tile should not become transparent.
