我另外使用了emmylua
我想优先跳转到emmylua定义的地方，并且在提示里把emmylua提供的提示放在最上面
因为emmylua的定义是开发者自己手动指定的，理应具备更高优先级

这个优先级没发调整，是VSCode控制的，它会两个都提示。
